Occupational Therapist
Permanent | Full time and part time hours available (30 and 37.5 per week)
Manchester
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum.
Our well established client are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their specialist eating disorder team on a permanent basis.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Manage a clinical caseload of patients with complex mental health needs.
- Consider both physical and mental health needs as part of the occupational therapy assessment and treatment.
- Maintain effective communication links with patients, relatives, carers and purchasers, throughout every patient’s treatment.
- Ensure the effective and efficient management and supervision of Therapy Assistants.
Qualifications & Experience:
- HCPC registered
- BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy
- Full RCOT membership
- Minimum of 1 year's experience gained within a related clinical or therapeutic environment.
