What You'll Do: - Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and occupational limitations (children and adults).
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to promote functional independence.
- Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address specific challenges faced by clients across the lifespan.
- Collaborate with the MDT team to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Provide education, training, and support to clients, families, and caregivers.
- Document progress and outcomes effectively.
Who You Are: - A HCPC registered Occupational Therapist with a minimum of two years' qualified experience working with both children and adults.
- Strong foundation in occupational therapy principles and practices for diverse age groups.
- Excellent clinical reasoning, assessment, and intervention skills.
- Passionate about client-centered care and empowering individuals to achieve their goals.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to thrive in a team environment.
- Commitment to professional development and staying current with best practices.
Experience:
- occupational therepist: 1 year (preferred)
