    What You'll Do:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and occupational limitations (children and adults).
  • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to promote functional independence.
  • Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address specific challenges faced by clients across the lifespan.
  • Collaborate with the MDT team to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
  • Provide education, training, and support to clients, families, and caregivers.
  • Document progress and outcomes effectively.
    Who You Are:
  • A HCPC registered Occupational Therapist with a minimum of two years' qualified experience working with both children and adults.
  • Strong foundation in occupational therapy principles and practices for diverse age groups.
  • Excellent clinical reasoning, assessment, and intervention skills.
  • Passionate about client-centered care and empowering individuals to achieve their goals.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to thrive in a team environment.
  • Commitment to professional development and staying current with best practices.

Experience:

  • occupational therepist: 1 year (preferred)
