Job Summary:
 
In this role, you will maximise the value of the discovery, design, development and delivery lifecycles in a Business Analysis service.
 
The Senior Business Analyst will ensure that all initiatives are in line with the mission, objectives and strategy; enabling the context and benefits for change to be the key foundations for understanding and evaluating all ideas, proposals, issues and problems put forward.
 
Applicants should have a substantial exposure to Business Analysis practice and / or significantly aligned transferrable skills that you will use to influence and secure beneficial changes for the University. You will have been exposed to a variety of delivery styles, including but not limited to, Waterfall and Agile.
 
 
Key Skills & Competencies:
 
  • Support the development of business cases to establish viability of opportunities
  • Define processes from both the As-Is and To-Be perspectives
  • Own the requirements engineering (elucidation, analysis documentation and management) process for portfolios of activities
  • Facilitate the design of solutions that meet or exceed the expectations of customers
  • Contribute to the development of solutions that deliver to time, cost and quality parameters
  • Evaluate direct and indirect stakeholder’s interest and influence
  • Conduct internal and external environment scanning
  • Collaborate on the implementation of the wider business change lifecycle
  • Establish business performance management metrics
  • Assist in benefits realisation activities
