We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher for an initial short-term requirement at a SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) Secondary School in Skelmersdale. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching English, with a particular focus on Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Essential: Experience in teaching English.
  • Highly Desirable: Experience in teaching English to KS3 and KS4 students. Early years and KS5 experience will also be considered.
  • Desirable: Experience in teaching in a SEMH or special school setting (not essential).
  • Availability: Ready to start ASAP.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
