English Teacher (Full-time)

£30,000 - £46,525 per annum (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role

This large and well established Secondary Academy based near Woolton, Liverpool, are looking to appoint a passionate and driven English Teacher to teach KS3 - KS4 levels and work as part of an established team.  This is a full-time role, starting in September and is ongoing until at least December 2024 with the possibility of an extension until the end of the academic year.  The successful candidate must have experience of teaching English up to KS4.  This academy school is a dynamic and forward-thinking secondary school dedicated to providing high-quality education and fostering a nurturing environment for all students. The school prides itself on its commitment to academic excellence, personal development, and inclusive education.  The school was marked as 'Good' overall following their latest Ofsted inspection.

Requirements

The desired Teacher will have;

-          Hold QTS in the UK

-          Experience of working with KS3 and KS4 levels

-          Confidence in teaching the current curriculum

-          Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
