PACKER WITH FLT > WIGAN - £12.47ph 12 hours > PAID BREAKS > NO WEEKENDS

We are currently recruiting a packer who has FLT Counterbalance experience to work in a manufacturing area and join an established team of people.

Candidate Requirements:

• Warehouse and production operative experience
• Good attention to detail
• FLT Counterbalance (in house experience is ok)
• Ok with fast pace work & repetitive work

The role involves approximately 25% FLT work, all staff rotate roles and assist each other in a  team environment, rotating on parts of the job throughout the day.

Main Duties:

• Packing products, taking care to have good attention to detail
• FLT Driving – moving pallets
• Labelling products
• Wrapping pallets

Shift Times

The shifts are from 7am-7pm 12 hours paid breaks on a 3 weekly rotational rota:

• Week 1 – x3 12 hours shifts (36 hours)
• Week 2 – x3 12 hour shifts (36 hours)
• Week 3 – x4 12 hour shifts (48 hours)
• The 3 weekly rota averages at 40 hours per week
• No Weekends
• Rota issued when you start
• Potential for a night shift rota to be introduced in the future with higher rates of pay

Overtime may be available on occasion at weekends, enhanced pay rates will be paid for overtime. A flexible approach to work is expected from all staff.

Long term prospects available for this position, it may lead to full time employment directly with the client.
