About the Role

As a Production Operative / Trainee Weaver, you'll embark on a hands-on training journey to master the art of hand weaving—a skill distinct from conventional loom weaving. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Completition of range of tasks as directed by the production manager 
• Mixing, leadering, stoving, coating
• Inspection, packingand cleaning of the production area
• recieving incoming raw materials and despatching of finished goods
• assist with stock checks 
• Accurate recording of materials used 
• Work as part of a team
