Salary: 57K to 72K plus
Benefits: Company vehicle, accident and life cover plus weekly paid.
Hours: 0630 to 1630 hrs, Monday to Friday (candidate must be flexible for adhoc weekend work)
Location: Essex and Hertfordshire boarders
Due to increased workload, Class 1 Personnel are recruiting for a Hoist Manager to join a successful construction company in the Essex area.
The Hoist Manager must have the ability to take ownership and management. This will involve working on the installation of various types of construction hoists and lifting equipment.
The Hoist Manager will be required to:
- Liaise with all level of Site Managers/Supervisors
- Ensuring that installation/dismantle process are adhered to
- Ensuring that the all phases of the management, maintenance, installation and dismantling of all site hoists are fully compliant
- Ensuring all polices, and standards are met
- Maintaining and repairing electrical and mechanical components
- Organising and Issuing Test Certifications
- Ensuring all hoist operators and fully trained
Qualifications for the Hoist Manage:
Previous experience in hoist installation - essential
- Working at Heights
- CSCS Card (can be obtained)
- Level 2 NVQ in plant installation or relevant working equivalent
