1. Contracts Manager (2 positions) , salary up to £90k, £6,600 Car Allowance, sites all within M25

• Experience in Planned Maintenance and Social Housing
• Experience in Cladding and Fire Remedial Works

To successfully lead on and deliver multiple refurbishment construction projects on time within budget and ensuring Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental compliance.

To effectively manage the project teams, inclusive of all internal stakeholders and consultants including architects, structural engineers, and sub-contractors, to ensure we maintain progress against the contract programme.

To take responsibility for up to 4 - 5 projects at any one time, depending on size and complexity.

Produce well written & accurate reports to be presented to the Directors at monthly Project review/CVR meetings

Objectives:

1. To lead the project teams and provide the direction and co-ordination of the company’s efforts to undertake Building Contracts to the best advantage of the company.
2. To audit safety and ensure the company’s compliance with all current legislation and to promote safe practice on site.
3. To audit on and off-site quality of product and ensure compliance with the contract specification.
4. To audit progress and ensure completion of all projects within the time constraints determined by the building contract.
5. To audit the site administration and ensure compliance with the company’s definition of responsibilities for site management and supervisory staff.
6. To audit information flow and ensure our performance under the building contract.
7. To audit buildability and ensure that the company’s reputation for problem solving is furthered at all times.
8. To audit the commercial return from each project and ensure that the predetermined project budgets are achieved.
9. To audit all project reports and ensure that the accuracy of reporting demanded by the company’s   standard procedures is achieved.
10. To ensure that the subcontract marketplace is continually researched to identify organisations with whom the company is prepared to do business.
