**Location:** Small Coastal Hotel, Near Penzance, Cornwall, UK
**Job Type:** Full-Time
**Salary:** £42,000 - £48,000 per annum plus bonus
Job Description:
My clients are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead their culinary team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in high-quality dining and a deep appreciation for fresh, local ingredients. As Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating innovative menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring that every dish meets our high standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent culinary skills, with a creative approach to menu development.
- Deep knowledge of local ingredients and an understanding of seasonality.
- Ability to manage budgets and maintain cost control.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High standards of cleanliness and knowledge of food safety regulations.
