This person could currently be a: Contracts Manager, Office Manager, Lead Administrator, Service Coordinator etc

Typically, this person will prepare bid documents, specifications, tenders, and proposals, ensuring material pricing and subcontract estimates are accurate. You will be the key client contact, you will estimate labour for engineering tasks such as fabrication and mechanical assemblies whist assisting in enhancing business operations to help boost order conversions. Additional duties include financial forecasting, settling final bills, invoicing, and supporting other company operations as needed. Ability to travel to Penzance.

Duties and responsibilities of the Commercial Manager based in Penzance:

• Preparing documentation, tenders, proposals, and specifications.
• Acting as a key client contact
• Assisting with financial forecasting and settling bills and invoices with customers
• Undertaking surveys, capture detailed requirements, assumptions, and exclusions
• Pricing and costing projects

Qualifications and requirement for the Commercial Manager based in Penzance:

• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills and team management experience
• Administrative Experience
• UK Driving License
• Desirable - Marine Knowledge and Experience
