Building Services Manager
The Company
This Building Services Manager's role with one of the UK’s major main contractors. They have established themselves as being one the leading main contractors in the commercial, residential, public and interiors sectors. They work on a diverse range of both new build and refurbishment schemes ranging in value from £500k – £50million. The current position is for an experienced Building Services Manager to join the team to working on a £15million data centre scheme.
The Person
We are looking for a Building Services Manager who has been working for a top 100 main contractor with experience of data centre or critical resilience projects (hospitals etc). You will have experience of taking projects from pre-construction through delivery to handover and you will be responsible for managing all the Mechanical and Electrical aspects of project although we would expect a bias to one or the other.
A recognisable building services qualification is required. Experience of working on refurbishment projects in the £10 – 20m range would be plus.

A competitive daily rate is on offer, and this is a long term contract. A flexible working arrangement is also available.
