We are delighted to be recruiting for a Senior Formulation Scientist for a fantastic client based in South shore Blackpool. This role is suitable for people commuting from Cleveleys, Bispham, Layotn, Hambleton, Lytham, St Annes, Kirkham and Preston.

Senior Formulation Scientist Salary: £45,000- £55,000

Senior Formulation Scientist Hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday

Senior Formulation Scientist roles and responsibilities:

• Reviewing and approving of new formulations.
• Plan, conduct and interpret laboratory-based trials for new raw materials and product formulation development.
• Proactively reviewing deviations and non-conforming product issues raised to prevent reoccurrence.
• Maintain comprehensive records of trials carried our & deviations investigated
• Help investigate customer complaints in a timely & professional manner.
• Monitoring of raw materials specifications and approval from new suppliers.
• Help maintain raw material information and finished product specifications on the MRP program.
• Responding to customer enquiries giving complete and accurate information in a timely manner.
• Maintain correct standards of health and safety in accordance with company policy.
• To ensure new products are legally compliant.
