Job Duties:- Developing financial strategies and plans
- Managing a team of three
- Monitoring and managing financial performance
- Preparing financial reports and budgets
- Overseeing financial transactions and accounting processes
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Providing financial analysis and recommendations to management
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Education:Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
Knowledge and Skills:- Strong understanding of financial principles and practises
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to lead and manage a finance team
Master's degree in Finance or MBA
Working Conditions:This role is offering 3 days per week office working and 2 days per week home working
