We are searching for a creative Architect with exceptional technical abilities to join a forward-thinking practice in Leeds. The multidisciplinary practice has a vibrant portfolio with residential, office and mixed-use projects and provides services to clients from inception to completion. The well-established team have a brilliant reputation and provide sustainable, client led designs.

The successful Architect will have sufficient experience post Part 3 qualification and will have brilliant knowledge of current UK building regulations. You will be confident working through all RIBA stages and should enjoy working in a collaborative environment.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Architect:

  • Sufficient UK-based post Part 3 experience
  • ARB registered
  • Excellent knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
  • Brilliant communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident liaising with clients and stakeholders
  • Work alongside the wider team to deliver a successful project
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Able to complete work whilst adhering to deadlines
  • Great knowledge of industry standard software
  • Must live locally to Leeds
