I am searching for a motivated Architect with a keen eye for detail to join a multidisciplinary practice in Leeds. The innovative company provides creative solutions across office, residential and mixed-use projects and always exceed client's expectations. The well-established team have a brilliant reputation and focuses on creating a collaborative and supportive working environment.

The successful Architect will have sufficient experience post Part 3 and will enjoy working alongside clients, stakeholders and wider team members. You will have excellent knowledge of current UK Building Regulations and creative design flare.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Architect:

• Sufficient UK-based post Part 3 experience
• ARB registered
• Excellent knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
• Brilliant communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confident liaising with clients and stakeholders
• Work alongside the wider team to deliver a successful project
• Great knowledge of industry standard software
• Must live locally to Leeds
