Head of E-Commerce and Marketing

Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday

NXT are working on behalf on an award-winning business in Carlisle which is market leading in the ecommerce field and they want to grow their team with a Head of E-Commerce and Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Watch over the creation of all marketing strategies including the website, ads, email campaigns and social media
• Plan and produce comprehensive marketing strategy for online and retail channels
• Manage relationships with key brands
• Utilize marketing tools to track, measure and report on effectiveness
• Management of the brand and retail marketing budget.
• Drive the digital marketing strategy

Skills and Experience:

• Digital marketing and marketing experience is preferred
• Experience with an ecommerce business
• Exceptional leadership skills and motivational abilities.
• Evidence of creating and delivering innovative marketing for online and offline
• Great analytical skills with a wide understanding of business strategies and sales targets.
• Strategic, analytical and commercial awareness
