NXT is proud to be working in partnership with an award-winning business as we recruit for a Sales & Customer Service Co-Ordinator. You will be responsible for providing exceptional business to business customer service.
We are looking an experienced sales professional with a proven track record who is eager to learn and develop their career.    

Key duties will include:

  • Delivering an efficent and professional service by processing orders and new enquiries
  • Nurturing robust relationships with existing partners
  • Reaching out to both new and current clients creating new opportunities
  • Examining past orders to strategise and predict customer requirements
  • Take care in maintaining a record of interactions and orders on a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Supporting the Customer Service Team with the execution of upselling 


Skills and Experience:

  • A history of achieving performance targets
  • Strong commercial acumen and business mindset
  • Proficiency in developing effective trading strategies aligned with overarching business goals
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities
  • An understanding of Metric/Imperial measurements 
  • A hunger to develop, learn and progress your career
