About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen at our European headquarters in Manchester to support the management of major international accounts and lead the transformation channel strategy. You will provide administrative support, manage commercial relationships, and assist the management team with strategic projects.

Main Tasks:

  • Manage recurring and ad hoc administrative support functions for a major trade customer.
  • Support the management of commercial relationships with major international accounts.
  • Develop expertise in our products and industry trends.
  • Help sell a product or service to our customer, and the second is to deliver a customer experience.
  • Maintain close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyse and report on sales, promotional, and market data.
  • Prepare agendas, briefings, and minutes for meetings, ensuring follow-up actions are managed.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks to meet departmental objectives and KPIs.

Requirements:

Essentials:

  • Graduate calibre.
  • High levels of numeracy, literacy, IT, and presentation skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales processes, business management concepts, category management, and customer marketing.
  • Experience in delivering complex multi-level projects.
  • Basic understanding of P&L management.
  • Experience working with and influencing various functions within an organisation (sales, marketing, customer services, product planning, supply chain).
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of the print industry.
  • International experience.
  • SAP experience.
