Quantity Surveyor
Salary – £50,000 to £57,000 depending on experience

About the Company
Based in Hampshire, the company are a long established and highly respected M&E Building Services Contractor operating within the Commercial and Residential sectors providing a full range of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services from design through to installation and commissioning. As a result of continuous growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor.
Key Responsibilities, Experience, Skills and Desirable Qualifications:
- Working alongside the Commercial Director
- Preparation of variations
- Preparing and agreeing interim valuations and final accounts
- Cost reports
- Applications for payments
- Experienced Quantity Surveyor - M&E Building Services experience is not essential
- Attention to detail
- Good communication and IT skills
- HNC / HND / BSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
