Technical Account Manager

Up to £45,000 + OTE £70,000

Our client is a SAP Business One Partner and they're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Account Manager to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with their clients, ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing support of our SAP Business One Solution.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a strong customer-oriented approach. Ideally, the candidate will have experience working with leading ERP systems such as SAP B1, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, or Business Central.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

  • Provide expert technical support and guidance to clients, addressing their queries and resolving any issues related to SAP B1 solution promptly and effectively.

  • Oversee the implementation and integration of SAP B1 solution, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling their products and services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

  • Conduct training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding and utilization of SAP B1 solution, and develop comprehensive documentation and user guides.

  • Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams to inform product development and service improvement initiatives.

  • Prepare regular reports on account status, project progress, and key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or in a similar client-facing role, preferably within the ERP solutions or software industry.

  • Good working knowledge ERP systems, particularly SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, or Business Central.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with clients.

  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues, think critically, and provide effective solutions.

  • Solid organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving account growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
