Job Description:
- Assist the technical sales team in providing detailed product information to clients.
- Respond to technical inquiries from clients regarding product specifications, applications, and usage.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve product issues in collaboration with the technical support team.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Support the sales team in managing customer accounts and tracking sales activities.
- Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our products.
- Follow up with clients’ post-sales to ensure product performance meets expectations.
- Process sales orders, manage inventory levels, and coordinate logistics for product deliveries.
You are:
- Proven experience in a sales support or technical support role, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of beauty products, their applications, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Experience with digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with product development processes in the beauty industry.
- Certification in sales or technical support.
