My client offers the full solution from supplying both private label and branded products to highly successful leading retailers worldwide. My client are a highly respected, dynamic cosmetic and skincare company who have seen significant growth year on year. Job Description:

  • Assist the technical sales team in providing detailed product information to clients.
  • Respond to technical inquiries from clients regarding product specifications, applications, and usage.
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve product issues in collaboration with the technical support team.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  •  Support the sales team in managing customer accounts and tracking sales activities.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our products.
  • Follow up with clients’ post-sales to ensure product performance meets expectations.
  • Process sales orders, manage inventory levels, and coordinate logistics for product deliveries.

You are:

  •  Proven experience in a sales support or technical support role, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Strong understanding of beauty products, their applications, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Experience with digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.

  • Familiarity with product development processes in the beauty industry.
  • Certification in sales or technical support.
