We are currently out to search for a Registered Manager to lead a specialist residential service for people with learning disabilities near North Baddesley.
Our client provides residential and supported living services for people with complex behaviours, autism and learning disabilities. They are a reputable, growing care organisation that pride themselves in their exceptional standards of person centred care for their residents and support for their staff internally with a robust team structure.
This is an opportunity to oversee the opening and ongoing operational leadership of a brand-new service. The role would suit a well-versed manager who is interested in supporting a brand new service to deliver excellent care, and presents excellent opportunities for professional development within the Group for those looking for it.
