Our client is a global leader in the textile industry for outerwear, supplying top brands worldwide. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic, organised individual with exceptional attention to detail. As the Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and sales team. We are looking for someone with strong sales administration experience, who can confidently prioritise their workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Process orders over the phone and via email
- Input orders accurately into SAP system to create order acknowledgements, invoices, and delivery notes
- Provide exceptional customer service on inbound and outbound calls and emails
- Collaborate with sales team to resolve customer queries
- Update customer orders
- Liaise with warehouse team to pick and pack goods for shipment
- Send samples to customers
- Complete general office administration tasks such as filing and answering calls
- Minimum of two years' experience in a customer service/sales office environment
Experience
- Experience with SAP (preferred but not required)
- Previous experience in administration support and account management
- Proficient in email communication
The ability to confidently communicate with customers and handle situations when the sales manager is unavailable is crucial. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a dynamic team and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.
