Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Property Solicitor in Newcastle Under Lyme. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.
The job:
- Undertaking a variety of property transactions
- Advising on lease renewals, land disposals, land swap/transfers and deeds of release
- Advising on discharge of covenants, easements/adoption, new lettings/surrenders and ad hoc property advice
The candidate:
- Must be a qualified lawyer in England and Wales
- Must be familiar with property law
- Previous experience in a similar capacity for a local government is desirable
