#### **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Preventative Maintenance & Safety:** Perform daily preventative maintenance activities and routine safety inspections to ensure our equipment and facilities are in top condition.
- **Fault Finding & Diagnostics:** Utilise your expertise to diagnose and address reactive breakdowns or planned maintenance issues swiftly and efficiently.
- **Machinery Maintenance:** Conduct planned preventative maintenance on a variety of production machinery, and site services.
- **Project Support:** Collaborate on project development and continuous improvement initiatives, offering proactive solutions for better efficiency.
- **Team Collaboration:** Engage with the operations team to maximize production output and maintain PPM schedules.
- **Incident Management:** Show tenacity in incident management, pursuing root cause investigations to prevent future occurrences.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate and clear written records, ensuring all documentation is up to high standards.

#### **What We're Looking For:**
- **Skills & Experience:**
  - Flexible, highly motivated, and driven with strong analytical and fault-finding abilities.
  - Proven ability to make decisions and empower team members to drive actions forward.
  - Results-oriented with excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
  - Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and a confident team player.
  - Experience in a production maintenance environment is essential.
  - Proactive and dynamic approach to health, safety, and environmental situations.

- **Qualifications:**
  - Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent recognized qualification in a related discipline.
  - Electrical Engineering qualification (18th Edition BS7671 preferred).
  - NVQ or HNC/Degree level qualification in an Engineering discipline.
  - Proven track record in production engineering.
  - Experience using Lean and Six Sigma tools is a plus.
