Job Title: Multi-Skilled Engineer (Multiple roles available)
Location: Warrington
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday (9am-5pm) - 30 min break

We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our clients rapidly growing team in Warrington.
Responsibilities:
- Support and diagnose engineering breakdowns, replacing faulty parts
- Enhance, repair, and maintain plant equipment and services according to the preventive maintenance schedule
- Install new machinery and equipment
- Lead continuous improvement projects during planned downtime
- Request spares and consumables
- Ensure health and safety compliance in line with SSOW and company procedures
- Meet individual performance measures such as downtime, work order closeouts, and equipment availability
- Support a preventive maintenance strategy
- Undertake predictive, preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance tasks
- Meet safety, quality, and productivity KPIs
- Supervise contractors to ensure compliance with site processes
- Maintain comprehensive maintenance records
Qualifications:
- BTEC HNC/HND or C&G in Mechanical or Maintenance Engineering or similar
- Extensive maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Multi-skilled with an electrical or mechanical bias (maximum 60/40 split)
- Good knowledge of hydraulic systems, HVAC, water, gas, compressed air systems, electrical fault finding, and electrical safety
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, PLCs, pneumatics, and other systems
- Ability to read CAD drawings or SolidWorks
- Understanding of CMMS software
- Experience with forklifts and mobile platforms
- Ability to obtain specialist components
- Compliance with health and safety legislation
