We have a fantastic opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our client's organisation as a key member of their team. As the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will play a vital role in attracting and retaining the highest quality colleagues for our client's organisation. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Ellesmere Port.

Salary: up to £60,000

Location: Ellesmere Port

Hours: Monday-Friday, office hours

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, devise, and continuously monitor appropriate recruitment strategies to fill vacancies cost-effectively with high-quality candidates.
  • Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, ensuring the accurate identification of vacancy requirements.
  • Coach hiring managers through assessment, selection, and interview processes.
  • Provide regular progress updates to recruiting managers on the status of recruitment campaigns.
  • Stay up to date on hiring trends and implement creative hiring strategies to build a pipeline of top-quality recruits.
  • Deliver a highly professional and positive candidate experience to all applicants.
  • Improve the candidate experience from first contact to onboarding using the Success Factors platform.
  • Support line managers in the induction process for new staff and provide ongoing support as needed.
  • Work in partnership with stakeholders to develop a consistent and valid assessment process.
  • Compile and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and measure success.
  • Collaborate with the wider People team to develop a consistent employer brand.
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation to ensure a collaborative approach to achieving recruitment targets.
  • Lead and manage the immigration process, including visa sponsorships and business visitors.
  • Manage the agency worker process, from initial requests to extensions.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment business partnering.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for hiring top-quality candidates.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to compile and analyse recruitment metrics.
  • Experience in managing the immigration process and agency worker process is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Success Factors or similar platforms is a plus.
