The company operates in the clean energy sector and have developed cutting edge technology that is currently going through verification stage before moving to full operational commercialisation.

There are tremendous opportunities for this company’s product across a variety of sectors with emissions reduction now at the centre of most companies’ strategies.

The successful candidate will manage, grow and inspire the technical team to deliver exceptional performance at all times. The CTO will hold ultimate responsibility in supporting the development of the product into the commercial market and will manage projects that subsequently arise. This role will be pivotal in the companies’ dealings with clients, suppliers and stakeholders alike. They will lead the product development and process improvement, ensuring compliance with all standards and regulations, while developing the IP position and strategy.  

We are looking for someone who has  

• Experience of working in a dynamic start-up or spinout company
• Experience driving a product from prototype to full operational levels
• Experience leading product development and cost reduction
• Technical staff management experience
• Project financial management knowledge
• IP, regulation and standards experience
• Creating and expanding company infrastructure, including H&S
