Swift Placements are seeking an experienced professional to join our client providing expert legal advice and support to its customers. This role offers a rewarding opportunity for career growth and development. You will manage your own caseload of Fast Track litigated cases from inception to completion.

Duties:

• Manage a high volume caseload of Fast Track RTA claims from start to finish.
• Progressing legal claims efficiently and effectively.
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients.
• Conducting thorough research and analysis.
• Assess liability and quantum.
• Achieve all targets set.
• Liaise with all parties providing updates on the progress of claims.
• Representing clients in court proceedings when necessary.

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing own caseload of Fast Track RTA claims.
• Competent litigation experience.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Ability to analyse complex legal issues and provide sound advice.
• Exceptional customer service skills to interact with clients professionally.
