Senior Quantity Surveyor
Main Contractor I Manchester I Up to £82,000 + Package.
I am working with one of Manchester's busiest Contractors who are in a busy period and have sight of workload for the next two years. One of the schemes they have secured, is a state of the art new build development valued circa £40m and so, they are looking to appoint a Senior QS to join their team and deliver this job which starts later in the year.
JCT Design & Build. Concrete Frame, Brick Work with Curtain Walling. This scheme is for one of the businesses most long serving clients.
Overview:
- Commercial Lead on the project, managing a team of; QS & an Assistant QS
- CVR reporting
- Reporting into a visiting Commercial Manager
- Working at final stages of pre-construction to ensure packages are robust and placed
If you are a Senior QS and comfortable running your own projects valued between £15m to £60m, I'd love to hear from you.
