Senior Quantity Surveyor

Approach Personnel are partnering with our long standing client to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager, you will be an integral part of the pre-construction team.

Duties

-            Overseeing a team of pre-construction professionals, including Quantity Surveyors, Assistants, Estimators and Apprentices

-            Managing Key Client Accounts throughout the project and being the point of contact for client liaison

-            Actively seeking new business opportunities and fostering relationships with potential new clients

-            Providing excellent Quantity Surveying services to a range of clients

About You

-            Hold a degree in a field related to the role, such as Quantity Surveying or Construction Cost Management

-            Either a current Chartered Member, or a commitment to achieve Chartered Member status of the RICS

-            Proven experience in Quantity Surveying and Project Management for either a construction company, consultancy or private practice, with proficiency in related software such as CostX Measurement

-             Full UK Driving License, Own Transport, and the ability to travel to different areas of the UK for site visits
