This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a National Fit out Contractor as a Site Coordinator/Site Manager on an 11-week contract. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in overseeing site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This position is ideal for an individual who brings expertise and a proactive approach to site management.
 
Package: £240 per day (11-week contract)

Role Overview
The Site Coordinator/Site Manager will contribute significantly to the successful delivery of high-impact construction projects within a fast-paced environment. This role demands a detail-oriented individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all on-site activities, managing site staff, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage daily site operations to ensure project milestones are met
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to streamline processes and enhance productivity
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and site records
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project strategies
  • Manage site logistics, including the allocation of resources and scheduling of work
 
Experience & Skills Required
  • Proven experience in site management or a related field
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in site management or construction management
