Site Manager - Project in Liverpool
Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to manage fire door maintenance / door install contracts in Liverpool. The project duration will be a minimum of 10 weeks starting on the 1st July 2024. Experience within fire safety and door installation desirable.
Responsibilities:
- You will be undertaking and setting out duties
- Supervision of teams on a day to day basis and liaising with company superiors.
- Management of trades & labour on site
- Holding site meetings
- Ensuring build programmes & schedules are met
- Ensuring all health & safety is carried out to a high level
Requirements:
- Site management experience
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong communication skills
- IT skills
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Joinery background
- Fit- out experience
Qualifications:
- SMSTS
- CSCS CARD
- First Aid at Work
- Fire Marshal
- FIRAS / BMTrada
- Asbestos Awareness
