£35,000 - £45,000/annum plus package

My client are a specialist civil engineering sub-contractor delivering a wide range of services on projects throughout the UK. They have worked with a number of leading tier 1 contractors and clients, gaining an excellent reputation for providing high quality results.

They are seeking an ambitious and motivated Intermediate level Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you'll work closely with the senior commercial team, offering you an ideal platform to grow and excel in your career.

Your role will include:

  • Working on a range of specialist civil engineering projects, helping to ensure they are delivered on time and to budget.
  • Assisting with reviewing project costs for accuracy and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Helping to evaluate, price, negotiate, and finalise budgets and costs for project scope changes.
  • Aiding in developing and maintaining procurement schedules.
  • CVR reporting.

Requirements:

  • NEC3/NEC4 knowledge
  • 2+ years of experience, ideally within the civil engineering sector
  • Degree qualified in quantity surveying (desirable)
  • Strong IT skills
