Ideal candidate:

• Prior experience working on a high volume small value projects 
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong commercial awareness
• used to working in a fast paced environment 
• Desire to work in the M&E sector 
• Confident working independently 
• M&E experience preferred but not essential 

Duties will include: 

• Commercially delivering a project from conception through to completion.
• Weekly and monthly reporting.
• Agreeing main contract sums.
• Managing variations and claims.
• Managing the cash flow.
• Procuring materials and subcontractors.
• Attending project progress meetings with clients and Project Managers
• Managing subcontractor payments, variations and producing cost reports.
• Preparation of final accounts.
