About Us:
My client are a small, dynamic construction company focused on residential building projects, both refurbishments and new builds. They pride ourselves on our collaborative culture and are looking for a dedicated individual to grow with them and become an integral part of their team.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee regional sites, primarily focused on house building, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Work closely with the project manager to ensure seamless project execution.
Collaborate in the office during the tendering stage, providing practical insights and fully understanding project drawings to support successful bids.
Oversee site supervisors, ensuring they have the support and guidance needed to effectively manage their teams.

Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in construction management, with a focus on refurbishments and new builds.
Strong understanding of construction drawings and the ability to interpret and apply them in a practical context.
Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage multiple sites and teams.
Willingness to work in both office and site environments, with a flexible approach to travel around the North West.
A desire to grow with the company and contribute to its long-term success.
