Montessori Deputy Manager

We are currently seeking a Deputy Manager for our Montessori nursery in the Salisbury area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childcare and early childhood education, as well as strong leadership skills.
This Montessori Nursery is situated within 45 acres of woodland area. The facilities are very up to date & follow the Montessori way of learning, but also pose a very fun approach to play/learning through Woodlands play & other state of the art equipment. This role would also be great for someone who is looking to step into a Deputy Manager role and is currently a Level 3 qualified worker.
The ideal candidate must have the ability to drive, due to the location.
Job Type: Full-time Deputy Manager
Pay: £25k - £30k per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday (4 days work)
Requirments: Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)/Level 3 qualified minimum
Duties:
- Assist the Nursery Manager in daily operations and management of the nursery
- Supervise staff and ensure adherence to nursery policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and children - Oversee the delivery of high
- Quality childcare and educational programs
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and budgeting
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Qualifications in childcare or early childhood education are essential Level 3 +
