24,964 pa (Plus additional earning)

27,045 with Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent

As an Deputy Support Manager, you will be responsible for embedding a culture based on respect and dignity for people who use our services, providing supervision and clear management to a staff team within a small service.

The role is supporting one person in one service. It is a great opportunity to support a young man to support him to have a fulfilled life.

You will also oversee the development and implementation of support plans designed to provide meaningful choice and support to people so that they can obtain and access activities, education and employment to help them lead the life they want.

We are looking for an Deputy Support Manager who will instil a culture of continuous improvement through dialogue with the people we support and their families.

As Deputy Support Manager you will be able to demonstrate experience in managing and developing staff alongside leadership abilities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have a minimum of 2 years experience within the social care sector and hold a minimum Diploma or NVQ (or equivalent) level 2 or 3 in health & social care and willing to work towards Level 5.
