Responsibilities in your new role as the Head Chef

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the kitchen
• Develop and innovate menu items and recipes, ensuring they are aligned with market trends and the unique identity of the venue
• Recruit, train, and supervise all kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive working environment
• Maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment, ensuring all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Work with new and existing suppliers to improve quality and manage costs effectively
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
