Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to residents' dietary needs.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Collaborate with care staff to accommodate individual dietary requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven chef experience, preferably in care homes.
- Valid PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) membership.
- Knowledge of dietary needs for elderly residents.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations.
