Very good understanding of Portfolio management frameworks, methodologies, and best practice techniques
· Pro-active problem-solving skills with strong experience of negotiating, documenting and presenting recommendations to deliver shared outcomes.
· Critical thinking, able to work to under pressure to challenging timescales and deliver at pace.
· Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills – Proven experience of exposure to Senior stakeholders is critical.
· Very good leadership skills and ability to engage and bring different teams together.
· Strong understanding and experience of financial planning processes including forecasting, management of variances and common project accounting principles (e.g. cash, directs and P&L accounting)
· Very good time management skills and ability to work under challenging timescales to deliver at pace.
· Experience of programme and project management methods (e.g. MSP,PMI, Prince2)

· Experience of continuous improvement.
· Strong knowledge of technology infrastructure products and platforms and fintech.
· Strong/ in-depth reporting skills as data reported to CTO level within client. Ability to turn around ad-hoc requests into high level reports from senior management.
