🤝 We are working closely with a CTO who is on the look out for a highly skilled and highly ambitious Technical Lead to lead a team of 3 Software Engineers to help shape the technical roadmap for the future.

💷 Offering around £100,000 base, this role needs a hands on Technical Lead who loves to lead by example as well as mentor and train other members of the team.

💻 Loads of autonomy to instil best practice as well as being responsible for all code. Lead on decisions for the public facing applications side of the business. You will be heavily involved in architectural decisions across all aspects of software.

🚀 Taking the tech to a more modern lifecycle alongside problem solving, tackling tech issues, and improving processes. Resilience is key.
