CAD Engineer (Building Services)

£37,000-£45,000 + Mon-Fri + Bonus + Training + Private Healthcare

Are you a CAD Engineer or similar from a Building Services background, looking for a varied role within a well-established company who will offer training opportunities such as CISBE certification, great company benefits and a company bonus to boost your earnings?

You will be carrying out drawings on a range of projects, liaising with the design and architectural team to coordinate those projects. You will need to produce Revit models for plans, schedules and elevations.

This role would suit a CAD Engineer or similar with a Builiding Services background, looking for a varied role within a well-established company who pride themselves on their friendly work environment and offer great company benefits and training.

The Role:

• Produce technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
• Liaise with internal teams and contractors to oversee the projects
• Collaborate with the design team
• Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

The Person:

• CAD Engineer or similar
• Building Services background
• Commutable to Ambergate, Derby
