My client are an innovative, vibrant and rapidly growing construction firm operating across the UK. Projects they deliver include high rise apartment schemes and commercial developments, as well as healthcare and refurbishment works, with projects valued at up to £40m

Due to sustained growth, they are now looking to recruit a Senior Planner to join their business.

Reporting to the Head of Construction, your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Development of design, procurement and construction programmes, compliant with project requirements.
• Interpreting and understanding project/contract documentation.
• Ability to work on development, bid and delivery planning.
• Production of tender stage method statements.
• Ensure the construction strategy and any recommended improvements are communicated.
• Provide leadership and training

Experience required:

• Experience in delivering projects of up to £40m.
• Capable of providing detailed reports
• Asta experience is preferred.
• Used to working in a high-paced working environment
