We have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Liverpool. This role is with a progressive and modern company who are successful in working across multiple sectors.
Projects are across the North West region. Working on local government, social housing, NHS and education projects. You will play a pivotal role in the succession of the company, ensuring that the reputation for strong project delivery is maintained.
You will report directly into the Directors of the business, ensuring junior staff are mentored and developed successfully, having a part to play all aspects of commercial within the company.
Projects vary in value, with schemes in the range of £50,000 all the way up to £2,000,000.
