The ROLE:
This role will be for an Area Team Leader, which will be predominantly home based with some travel to services required across the NW region. Responsibilities will include:
- Leading the managers of services for adults with learning disability across the NW to support them with the smooth running of the service.
- Supervisions, support sessions, risk assessments, attending meetings, budget and financial goals to achieve.
- Ensuring that the services are fully compliant, adhere to relevant legislation and policies
The IDEAL candidate :
- You will have the experience of working within a similar role and have the knowledge of and understanding of working with people with complex needs, learning and physical disabilities, mental health.
- Minimum of NVQ level 4 Health and Social Care, ideally the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management or willingness to work towards this.
- Car driver and be a passionate and committed individual with the desire to want to achieve.
- A strong leader with the ability to lead successful teams and deliver excellent quality of care.
