Are you an Ex Forces / REME Engineer with leadership experience looking for a permanent and stable Civvy role, with a competitive salary, unrivalled holiday, plenty of on-going training and a clear scope to progress?

You will have the opportunity to take on the position of a Team Leader, carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance, whilst supporting on office duties, health and safety, management etc.

This role would suit any Ex Forces / REME Engineer with some leadership qualities, who is happy to be both hands on and in the office, with the aptitude to upskill on various technical equipment. 

DUTIES

• PPM and RM on a wide range of technical plant and machinery
• Office based duties, including rotas, QHSE, safety audits, disciplinaries, training etc.
• 4 ON 4 OFF, Days and Nights, with 18 days off following each 7 cycles

PERSON

• Maintenance Engineer, from Ex Forces, REME or similar
• Leadership / Team Lead skills, or the drive and character to step into this role
• Happy to do continental shift patterns
