Your new company is a social housing provider in Warrington.
Your new role
Essential:* Proven management of works in repairs & maintenance, construction including planning, excellent knowledge of the construction industry, best practices. You will be Certified SMSTS and have a good understanding of HHSRS.
* A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and regulations in Health & Safety CDM regulations and regularity compliance of the Big 6, able to use to guide policy, principles, make decisions and deliver team talks.
* Ability to analyse and monitor information/data, producing quality reports and forecasting up to Director level. Including budgets, risks and compliance.
* Evidence of an extensive range of problem-solving, influencing, presentation, and networking skills both internally (from entry level to Executive) and externally.
What you'll need to succeed
Desirable:* Level 5 Managing Housing Maintenance, Scaffold Inspection and PASMA qualifications or the willingness to train towards.
* Be competent in the use of Microsoft Office suite, QL and QL Asset
* Experience of Energy Performance assessment
* Ability to lead, manage, motivate and develop people and teams by providing clear goals and direction through effective and regular performance management*
What you'll get in return
Flexible working options- 4-5 days per week working from home. £130 per month car allowance + business mileage.
The salary is subject to a 5% increase, meaning, ultimately, salary will increase to £42,187.
