Contracts Manager – Care Home Specialist – Various Locations – up to £85k + Package + Bonus

I am representing an award winning main contractor who specialise in construction services to developers, occupiers and funders nationally. Formed in Northamptonshire over a decade ago, they excel in the delivery of design and build projects from £5m to £25m.

Example Project: Average - £10M

A 60-bed care home within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The first floor is dedicated to providing specialised dementia care. Other facilities include an open foyer with a cafe, four dining areas, a family playroom, a large restaurant with a private dining area, a cinema room, a professional hair salon, and a pub.

The Role

Overall responsibility for the co-ordination, management and delivery of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed profitably, safely, on time, and to an acceptable standard whilst maintaining and promoting strong client relationships.

They will ensure the most effective and efficient utilisation of people and resources required for the duration of the project. You will be assigned to multiple live projects but will also be involved in the pre-construction stages of projects and post construction issues that may arise after Practical Completion.
